TRANSFER Balls: The Daily Express has news for Manchester United fans longing for the Red Devils to finally spunk a shedload of cash on a player (it’s been weeks since the last splurge).

Nicola Amoruso, a close friend of the Chilean midfielder, says that Vidal is set to leave Juventus in the near future – and it is expected that United will pay the £35million asking price. “There will soon be a split between Vidal and Juventus. He is a player of value, but he needs to go and compete in other leagues,” said Amoruso.
So. No. Manchester Untied have no deal to sign Vidal.
