Man Tattoos Three-Year-old Son

EUGENE Ashley, of Floyd County, Gerogia, has been charged with child cruelty after authorities say he tattooed his 3-year-old son.

Pity the poor lad who had to wait three whole years to have his first tattoo. For shame!
