Oscar Pistorius ‘murder’: The Nike bullet ad is removed

OSCAR Pistorius, the South African Paralympian, has been charged with the Valentine’s Day murder of his model girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. She was shot dead in Silver Lakes, Pretoria. She was shot with four bullets.

Brigadier Denise Beukes, of the South African Police Service, tells media:

In one of her last tweets, Ms Steenkamp asked:

“What do you have up your sleeve for your love tomorrow???” under the hash-tags #getexcited and #valentinesday.

Pistorius is “assisting the police with their investigations”.

Pistorius once featured on a Nike poster that carried the slogan:

“I am the bullet in the chamber.”

The ads been removed.
