Princess Diana Pin-Ups And Paul Burrell’s Four Poster
“ROYAL rat’s new life in the sun,” says the Express, a fact illustrated by pictures of Paul Burrell and the equally shy Princess Diana.
“DIANA she was betrayed by Burrell,” states the caption beneath today’s Diana-omter (outlook sunny with a slight tilt of the head).
Burrell, author of Burrell: Diana & Me; Diana: Me & Diana and Burrell: Burrell is, as reported, in Florida. He is staying at his “little palace in the sun”, a compact and bijou residence as befitting a former servant. The place features five bedrooms, “several bathrooms” and a “state-of-the-art kitchen”.
“Friends say he admits pinching himself when he wakes in his four-poster to make sure he’s not dreaming.” He then turns in his bed of princesses to face his wife, the lovely Maria, and realises that he isn’t.
But life is good. And Burrell’s fortune is not in Diana memorabilia, rather in “teapots, rugs and wines”. The collection is named Royal Butler Collection, or The Dregs as below staffers call it.
Says Burrell: “I have been very careful not to exploit of abuse my position.”

You know, you guys really need to watch and listen to an interview Burrell gave to the BBC’s Jenny Bond in November, 1997.
Look it up…then let’s see if you believe he was Diana’s ‘only’ friend and confidant, her lone supporter…the guy who made her who she was…chose the men she dated…picked her outfits.
Pay particular attention to Bond’s questions about Burrell and Diana’s effects. Your in for a big surprise! The man’s a liar and a thief…and he stole and continues to steal from the dead!

Paul knew a few things on the Princess show. He does seem to know the finer points of manners.
I feel he has been badly dealt with when all said and done, Diana wanted him to look after some stuff of hers for whatever reason. Maybe she thought she would move on somewhere and collect later .

I like Paul. He was funny on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. I thought it was cute the way he felt the need to Butle even in a jungle.

Bought Paul Burrell’s book in local book sale & read it…can’t find anything nasty in it. He did try to steer Diana in the right direction and he and his wife became her confidants. I bet he knows more than he wants to tell. Would like to know the secret he says he won’t talk about though! What is it? He is stringing us on is he. Good luck to him & family in Florida. He had his flower shop burnt down in UK.

It is funny how the English can’t stand anyone getting “above their station.” No one could stand that he became her aide instead of just the butler. The only embarrassing thing he ever said about Diana was leaked from the Old Bailey trial. His books are harmless.
