Cristiano Ronaldo Gets A Roasting
THE summer football season has been a flurry of inactivity for Crisitano Ronaldo.
But now with his transfer from Nereida Gallardo complete (pictured in the Star canoodling on a beach with one Jose Cuneca), he can focus his energy on the matter in hand: roasting.
Both the Mirror and Sun lead with pictures of the Portuguese footballer lying on a sun bed turning a shade of, well, what shade is it?
Live from Home Base, Anorak’s tanology expert places a swatch of Ronaldo up against the trays of wood dye and stains and considers the tan to be somewhere between Ronseal old gold, raw umber, and raw liver.
The Mirror’s Polly Hudson says “brown does not even come close to describing the colour of Ronaldo’s skin”.
Indeed, Polly is right, as ever. Better to say Ronaldo is “very Brown” or “very, very Brown”.
The bigger question is what shade of brown goes best with his red Manchester United kit, and does very very very brown better suit the white of Real Madrid.
Much to discuss…

Man, it’s really surprising how these englishmen never saw a REAL tan! Yes it’s true: there’s no point in racism cause I’m black in summertime and pale during winter!! Disappointed? Bunch of ignorants… He’s gorgeous with or without tan. R U Jealous? Bad luck

I think you’d have to feel it to get a sense of its true colour
