Katherine Jackson Wins Custody Of The Jackson Three
MICHAEL Jackson Watch: Anorak’s at-a-glance look at Michael Jackson in the news - Katherine Jackson gets to keep The Jackson Three…
The court rules that Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine will become the permanent guardian of the Jackson Three - Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II.
Such is the talent of Debbie Rowe, mother to at last two of the children, that Katherine Jackson looks like the sensible choice.
Rowe gets to visit the two oldest children and will continue to receive “spousal support payments”.
Katherine Jackson, says Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff, will receive a monthly allowance from Michael Jackson’s estate.
The Jackson Three also get a monthly allowance.

I hope they’ve got someone else in “back up”. It does seem quite extraordinary to give custody of a dead man’s kids to an elderly relative. In a couple of years the kids may have to go through even more grieving whilst they’re still young. Not the best start in life really thinking everyone who’s close to you has died or deserted you.

The Judge approved the Agreement reached between Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson and gave the guardianship to Katherine Jackson pursuant to it. Debbie Rowe said in the past she only had the childen for Michael Jackson so she may well have no real interest in being a mother with all the responsibilities that go along with being one. However, she did insist on visitation.
Be interesting to watch and see if Katherine Jackson truly gives those children a normal life growing up and does not permit them to be exploited and used to make money for the Jackson Clan on their father’s name. She didn’t do a proper job as a mother should to protect Michael Jackson when he was young from being physically abused through beatings by creepy Joe. One can only hope she does a better job as a Grandmother.
