When Geert Wilders Came To London: Pictures
DID you go to support or fight Geer Wilders when he came to London (read all the views)? Did you do as most do and just let him get on with it – it’s free speech and so long as your life is not made worse, what the matter? Did you cover your face with a scarf and a hat and say the burka should be banned? Did you talk softly and cary a big placard? Did you see the pictures of London today? Politics matters.

Before you post anything on the internet: do your homework.
Wilders has more solutions then any other politician and he doesn’t just want to kick out all mulsims. He just wants to kick out the muslims who commit several crimes. So as long as your good friends don’t break the law, they have got nothing to fear. Also, he wants to stop all (non-political) immigration from muslim-countries, untill all the problems the immigrants cost so far, are stopped.

Geert Wilders does say things which are right, but he doesn’t have a proper solution.. The only solution for him is, to kick out muslims, but I know so many of those people, which are good, friendly persons.. We also have some reformed Christians over here, we also could call them extremists

Wilders shocked a lot of people by what he said about Islam and Mohammed in the UK, even a lot of his followers in Holland. But lets go back to 1933, nobody had the guts to say something about the nazi’s, we are all aware of what happend afterwards.

The dutch people are still very openminded. But I guess you never went to Muslim neighbourhoods like Kanaleneiland or Slotervaart. Here you’ll get a beating just for having a white skin. There isn’t a lot of discrimination against foreigners, but there’s a lot of discrimination against the dutch. If you carry a dutch flag, you have to walk te streets in total fear.
I think most of the anti-Wilders people, live far away from these neighbourhoods in the rich suburbs where they don’t have to deal with these problems. The 20% who vote Wilders do have to deal with this problems and they are fed up with it.

The first who talked about the integration problem in the Netherlands was from the SP (socialist party)! (Long before even Pim Fortuyn came in the picture)
Not in a stupid way like Wilders, who only shouts loud and use bad language and does not come with REAL answers.
So you can say Wilders stole the idea!!!!
There are also more other political party’s who say the integration is a problem.
The Islam is NOT the problem, the problem are the extremist and the youth without any parental guiding.
If you say the Islam is the problem you need to say all dutch are going to prostitutes.

I agree for the most part, but the moslims are 1 million people I believe, so there is nothing wrong with political parties who see them as potential voters..
They need to be part of the political proces, preferrably a secular orientated party..
So, the whole case of some Arabic pamflets is blown to something it isn’t (I’m not a PvdA voter myself)
Btw, there is no such thing as ‘the muslim’ cause they are divided in nationality, language, cultural heritage and soennie-sjia.. There unity is a myth..
Muslims and muslim-haters like to believe it, but it only exists in individual minds.

Muslims? I thought it were the young ones who caused problems. And true, some of them are muslims and they dó more crimes like stealing, robbery etc. But the more offensive crimes, like rapery, murder etc are caused by the “original dutch”.

I always thought they had work when they came here(in the sixties), and when the economy was a bit worse, we all fired them. And cause they couldn’t speak any dutch, hadn’t any education etc, they had no change to get a job. So it is our fault they need money from the government.

I’m already awake, and Wilders is rubbish, complete non sense and whatever. Read “mein kampf” you might find some things that are quite much the same. Firstly Hitler wanted to export all the jews, later on he changed is opinion(as far as I know).

Attacking a country, and blow up “by accident” some schools, and first aid posts is much better. Also occupying a country because “our system is the best” and to force them with violence to help us is in my opinion not that nice.. Our murder is at a much larger scale, we’ve got only 2 diffrent reasons for that(the radical muslims like taliban and the west) They don’t want any influence, and they don’t want that their country is robbed from oil like it is now a days(reason to attack irak). The islam is at places which were our colonies. Is it any wonder it is violent when you have got anarchy? No offcourse not. Is the islam aggressive? I wouldn’t say so. In the dutch golden age we conquered the world, we kidnapped some africans, brought them to America. Read the diaries of the captains, it might shock you
About the women point, you are right, but were we so much diffrent 60 years ago? Is the catholic curch diffrent? No! But nobody complains about thém. Although théy are the ones who forbid our things, not the muslims. (but that is another discussion).

The fact alone that Wilders needs 24/7 heavy protection from attack from extremist muslims indicates that the ‘culture’ of islam is a very present threath. Our former rigth-wing man Janmaat, back in the ’90s, who ACTUALLY was a racist turning against black and immigrants in general never needed a single piece of protection.
Even though 1/4 of Almere citizins voted on the PVV hardly any of them was willing to admit to that fact on public television out of pure fear.
The labour party however (PvdA) cannot survive without the votes of muslims and even puts out adds and debates in ARABIC>
Basicly selling our values and destroying democracy, as they think immigrants should always vote for their party, a real nice sign of intregration, not.
Imo holland should devide state and religion even more. Not paying a cent for religious schools (christian aswell ) and ban religion out of polictics even more and not just on paper. England should do the same if they wanna save whats left.

While far from a Wilders supporter I have to say Wilders is the only politician in the Netherlands not denying the problems caused by a violent minority.
Many of his views I do not agree with and often enough I am not fond of the tone he uses.
But what is worse; denial or anger?

Geert Wilders does not solve any problems. He just causes more of them.
He just shouts and blames all the problems on the muslims. He just abuses lots of people who are not satisfied with the government.
He even seriously proposed a “muslim-clothing-tax” Hello there? a MUSLIM-CLOTHING-TAX! I think he’s an insane rascist.
20% Of the Dutch population is going to vote for this man in june 2010. (national election.) It wil be the first time in my life I will be ashamed being Dutch.

The tribal mentality of muslims have triggered the Dutch tribal instincts we thought we blissfully got ride off..
Group mentality of the old days brings only primative emotion, guild is always individual and needs to be adressed by a much tougher policy toward recidive criminals..
I say this because moslim youth has a relative(!) big part in violent crimes and their detachment from Dutch society makes recidive often chronical..The Dutch law only provides relative short prisonterms for violent crimes, which has as a consequents parts of cities are plagued by 50 or so criminals, who only get more status from prison and are never locked up for long.
Anyways, lots of proposals Wilders does are not constitutional (discriminate by religion) and he will never have the majority to change that..
World is full of idiots, we’re not so different..

Yeah, well Jos, with Geert Wilders Holland will not be Holland anymore either. There are problems with integration, but they are only worsened by the way Geert Wilders would like to handle them. First, he cannot execute a lot of the plans (closing down islamic schools, preventing the building of mosques) etc. just because we have freedom of religion and education; we were the first in the world with such freedom, and the Dutch eventually will not let him to change their culture and be the first European country to denie those rights again. Geert Wilders is definitely not the answer.
