ANTONY Worrall Thompson, the TV chef caught shoplifting wine and cheese form Tesco in Henley-on-Thames, says sorry and:

“Hopefully I can make amends”

With onions.

As Worrall Thompson says, when in the police station, he asked himself:

“Why, why, why are you taking three onions?”
