Secret Nuclear Power Plant Indentified In Germany

IN Germany, police has discovered a secret nuclear power plant. The area in the western town of Oelde is sealed off.
Residents are ordered to stay indoors.
Says policeman:
“It wasn’t a prank, they were just playing. The boys tried to go back later to carry on but the fire brigade wouldn’t let them through.”
It was toy, a metal the old computer casing with the yellow and black symbol on it.
