Blackpool Paedophile Paden Isn’t At Home

by | 28th, June 2010

LANCASHIRE paedophile William John Paden, 56, is missing from his Blackpool home. Yeah, his place by the seaside. He is “high risk”. He has lived in Accrington. He might be there. Or not.

Detectives says he has a “significant risk” of reoffending. He’s a rapist, indecent exposure practitioner, rape attempter, paedo sex fiend. But he didn’t escape jail. No. He just wasn’t at home when the police popped over.

And here comes Detective Superintendent Ian Critchley, head of Lancashire Constabulary’s Public Protection Unit, to tell everyone:

“I believe he poses a significant risk of harm…”

Which beggars the question: why don’t you keep a better eye on him, then? And then this bit of nonsense:

“Sex offenders are managed in the community by police and partners which aims to prevent them committing further offences, but if they do not comply with the obligations of their licence or Sex Offender Prevention Order, then we will take robust and positive action to locate them, as we will in this case.”

Look out Peado Paden – the police are taking robust action into finding you!
