Man Dies From Picking His Chest Acne And Other Chinese Prison Deaths
CHINA’S Zhejiang Daily has compiled a list of weird deaths in Chinese jails. The list is put to the Detention Centre Management Bureau of the Public Security Ministry.
Hence we commend to your attention the death of Li Qiaoming at the Puning County jail in Yunnan. It was his fate to suffer fatal injuries earned by bumping into a wall while playing blind man’s buff with fellow inmates.
Fun times to be had in China’s jails, indeed.
Yu Weiping died in Gaocun town, Wendeng City, Shandong province. He died from picking at the acne on his chest. Although an autopsy suggested Yu was killed by repeated stabbing with a needle-like object.
And then there is poor Chen Xujin, who tripped in the toilet at Xiushui County, Jiujiang, in Jiangxi province. He died “suddenly”. A medic claims he was made to lie about what had really occurred.
There are lots of whacky and weird ways to die in a Chinese jail. Although, much depends on the wardens’ imagination…
