Radio Presenter Can’t Recall Masturbating On London Flight

by | 4th, November 2010

ON an Aer Lingus flight Neil Prendeville, a presenter on 96FM, has, allegedly, found his penis in his knickers and begun to masturbate amid passengers on a flight from London Heathrow to Cork on October 9, 2010.

Mr Prendeville is sat between a male and female passenger at the time, reports The Irish Examiner. He is, as the story goes, stopped in mid-toss by plane staff. They contact the gardaí.

But the presenter says he has no recollection of the alleged incident. News is that before boarding the jet he took some painkillers for a neck injury. He had a drink, maybe.

This explanation contains the required elements of low-level sympathy and a classic non-denial denial.

Says the accused:

“If the reports in the Examiner are true and I can’t deny that they are not, because I just don’t recall, I would like to take the opportunity to offer my deepest apologies to the passengers on the plane, to the flight personnel, to my family… to my employers and my work colleagues and to all of the people of Cork. I apologise unreservedly to all concerned.”

Mr Prendeville says it is a “a terrible personal experience”. He advises against mixes painkillers and alcohol.

If only they wrote that on the labels…
