RASTAMOUSE is the BBC’s Rastafarian mouse, star of children’s telly. And he’s causing OUTRAGE. The job of seeking outrage fall to the Daily Star’s Emily Hall.

PARENTS are demanding a Rastafarian mouse is banned from children’s telly after claiming it is racist.

Yep. The Star is hot on matters of racial insensitivity. (It only ranted against the “Muslim” toilets because you need to bend and can’t rest the paper on your legs when you take a dump.

Says Emily Hall:

Mums deluged the BBC with almost 100 complaints demanding that the show is axed as it might offend black viewers.

Mums? Or one mum calling 100 times? And what kind of thing are the mums worried about – the ones deluging the BBC with complaints?

One moaned on parenting website mumsnet.com: “The thing that I’m most worried about is my daughter knowing/saying words like Rasta.”

Dangerous stuff, eh, readers. The kidz are not Oooooooooooooooookaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!
