IN the uber-pisstaking Hoxton area of London, a man called Harry Monk, of Cranwood Court overlooking Vince Street, has erected a camera to catch people urinating. Monk is no pervert looking for sick thrills. Monk is man upset by people using the areas as a toilet. So far he has captured 11 revellers from nearby pubs and clubs weeing, including footage of one woman’s bare bottom.

Says Monk in the Hackney Gazette:“I feel disgusted, angry, distressed, resigned that people are doing this underneath my home. I’m incredulous that people behave this way – surely they have been drinking at some local establishment, so why not use the toilet there? It is like they leave the pub or club they are drinking in to use the street as a toilet.”

The YouTube uploader mentioned one lo cal bub by name: The Aquarium Club. He is “incredulous“. Might this be not all it seems? Clubbers may realise that Harry Monk is slang for skunk, the strong and stinky form of marijuana…
