Transfer Balls: Paul Pogba is off to Arsenal If Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and PSG don’t want him

Transfer Balls: it’s the Daily Paul Pogba. let’s see what utter balls the mainstream media is reporting on Pogba, the Juventus player.

Today, Ben Jefferson tells Daily Express readers:

Juve to let Paul Pogba LEAVE for Chelsea, Man Utd or Arsenal after move for Axel Witsel

So. Pogba is off to the Premier League. But where to?

United and Chelsea have been joined by Arsenal in the hunt for Pogba…

We know this because the Express says it’s so. But there are no quotes, sources or facts to support the statement.

The only words come from Mino Raiola. He’s Pogba’s agent.  And Mr 10-15% tells told Gazzetta dello Sport:

“As dad taught me, I say it is better to sell and regret it rather than not sell and then later regret it. If you do not sell Pogba, then you have no money to make a team with which can win the Champions League. If you want to keep him, you have to make a team so strong that Pogba will continue to grow, but if you sell him you don’t have the money to do it. The disposal of Pogba should be considered regardless of what they then do with the money. When Juve sold Zidane that opened another cycle. I, for one, don’t how long I can hold Pogba still in Italy? They all hold the cards and there is a gamble. PSG is an option: if he wants to go, then who can say no? But I do not know if it’s a card to play now. Maybe Pogba might Juve stay a year but who knows?”

Agent namechecks very rich club in talking up his client’s move!

The Indy interprets the same quite as:

Chelsea have been given a boost in their quest to sign Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, with his agent, Mino Raiola hinting that the much-coveted 21-year-old will leave the Italian club.

So. It’s Chelsea for Pogba!  Or as the Indy says:

Paul Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, has said that the much-coveted midfielder will leave Juventus within 18 months. “If it does not happen this year, it will be next year,” Raiola said of a transfer for the 21-year-old, who is a reported target for Chelsea, Real Madrid, PSG, Barcelona and Manchester City.

Adding:

“I want the club that buys him to believe in him and be willing to pay for him,” Raiola told Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Indy then puts the tin lid ofn its Tranfer Balls by using the same hype to tell readers that Manchester City are for Pogba:

City have been given a boost in their quest to sign Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba

Look out for Indy stories:

Manchester United have been given a boost in their quest to sign Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba

Arsenal have been given a boost in their quest to sign Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba

Liverpool have been given a boost in their quest to sign Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba

But that’s not all. Over in the Star, Chisinga Malata reports:

Man Utd and Chelsea ROCKED as Barcelona enter the race to sign Paul Pogba – MANCHESTER UNITED and Chelsea have suffered a blow in their pursuits of Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.

Adding:

Sources in Spain claim the Catalan giants are big admirers of the former Red Devil and will make a move for him once their transfer embargo is lifted.

Sources named: none.
