Man ‘battered ‘ex-wife for cheating on him with a sex toy
Modern Romance calls Florida’s Triston Horne, who is accused of battering his ex-wife after accusing her of cheating on him with a dildo.
Horne, 36, was at his ex-wife Misty Clark’s home when the pair began to quarrel.
Horne “began accusing her of cheating on him. He told her that she was cheating on him with a sex toy,” according to the affidavit. Horne “grabbed Misty’s sex toy and went back to the bathroom… snapped the sex toy in half and walked away.”
Clark said he had been married to Horne, but “later learned that Triston was already married to another person and that their marriage was null and void.”
Police got Le Horne, who arrested on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.
Battery is included.
