Israel, Gaza And Iran: Cynthia McKinney, Hopsital Massacre And Ahmadinejad Finally Sees A Holocaust
FORMER Democrat Congresswoman and Green Party presidential candidate Cynthia McKinney is has been on a humantarian trip to help Hamas:
A boat carrying international peace activists, including former Georgia congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, and medical supplies to the embattled Gaza Strip sailed back into a Lebanese port on Tuesday after being turned back and damaged by the Israeli navy, organizers of the trip said.
Watch out for Lauren Booth! Ahoy!
The Green Party of the United States yesterday nominated one of the most anti-semitic individuals ever to recently serve in the United States Congress for President.
Here’s her dear old dad:
McKinney’s father Billy McKinney, an Atlanta state representative, when asked just days before the primary to explain why she ran, claimed the endorsement of former U.S. congressman and ambassador to the United Nations Andrew Young (who had endorsed her in earlier campaigns but declined to do so in 2002), and said in front of an Atlanta TV station camera: “That ain’t nothin’. Jews have bought everybody. Jews. J. E. W. S.”
Michelle Malkin at HotAir compiles some of our favourite McKinney moments.
So McKinney is on the boat:
After all the military aide we’ve given Israel, couldn’t they have managed to sink it?
Not quite:
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports:
A boat carrying international activists, including former Georgia congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, and medical supplies to the embattled Gaza Strip sailed back into a Lebanese port on Tuesday after being turned back and damaged by the Israeli navy, organizers of the trip said.
The crowds on the docks in the Lebanese port city of Tyre were jubilant and cheering as they welcomed the vessel…
“Our boat was rammed three times, twice in the front and one on the side,” McKinney told CNN Tuesday morning. “Our mission was a peaceful mission. Our mission was thwarted by the aggressiveness of the Israeli military.”
Yigal Palmor, a spokesman for Israel’s Foreign Ministry, denied there had been any shooting although the two ships had made “physical contact.”
McKinney was delivering aid to hospitals. Want to know what occurs in Gaza’s hospitals?
The New York Times loosk in on Gaza’s Shifa hospital:
Armed Hamas militants in civilian clothes roamed the halls. Asked their function, they said it was to provide security. But there was internal bloodletting under way.
In the fourth-floor orthopedic section, a woman in her late 20s asked a militant to let her see Saleh Hajoj, her 32-year-old husband. She was turned away and left the hospital. Fifteen minutes later, Mr. Hajoj was carried out by young men pretending to transfer him to another ward. As he lay on the stretcher, he was shot in the left side of the head.
Mr. Hajoj, like five others killed at the hospital this way in 24 hours, was accused of collaboration with Israel. He had been in the central prison awaiting trial by Hamas judges; when Israel destroyed the prison on Sunday he and the others were transferred to the hospital. But their trials were short-circuited.
Over in Israel, Arutz Sheva reports:
Dozens of Gaza Arabs are being treated in Ashkelon’s Barzilai Hospital at the same time terrorists are bombarding the city. The medical facility, the largest on the southern coast, is in the line of rocket fire, and medical staff often have to stop caring for patients and run for cover during air rain warnings.
It;s just awful. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad calls it the Holocaust.
IRNA reports:
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a message addressed to world nations on Tuesday condemned the atrocities of the Zionist regime and its supporters in Gaza Strip.
In the message, the Iranian president underlined that the real Holocaust is now taking place in Gaza Strip and Palestine, calling on world nations not to hesitate even for a moment to back the oppressed Palestinians in Gaza.
Very soon the Israelis will be accused of enacting the “final solution”.
Get a load of this comment on BOH:
Jews…have lowered themselves below the Gestapo and SS.
You just know genocidal Ahmadinejad wishes he’d thought of that one, although, of, course, he knows the Holocaust never took place.
Gateway Pundit watches the forces massing:
About 3,550 people registered Monday with the Combatant Clergy Society’s Web site. The weeklong online campaign gives volunteers three options on ways they can fight Israel: military, financial and propaganda.
That’s them registering by writing on a sheet.
Plenty of space for Cynthia to add her mark…

Israel’s Right To The Land
There are wars (”international conflicts”) being waged all over the world today. The number varies according to the source and its definition of “war” and “conflict”. The type of “conflicts” range from terrorist organizations fighting against sovereign governments to nations warring against nations to spiritual battles being waged around the globe. Yet in all of this the war in Israel seems to threaten the world the most.
Understanding of the situation in Israel is convoluted because of many different beliefs and attitudes regarding, among other things, peace and freedom. Misunderstandings regarding the reasons for the fighting abound, even among followers of the God of Israel. The agendas — hidden and otherwise — of many of the key players are also involved. In its simplest terms, the “conflict” in Israel is being waged by those who are fighting (whether intentionally or not) against the God of Israel, the Creator of the universe. It’s a battle, for the most part, between those of faith who believe the promises Yahweh made to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and those who, for whatever reasons, would prefer that Israel (i.e., the Jews) did not live on the land bordered by the Nile and Euphrates Rivers and the Mediterranean Sea and the wilderness of Jordan. The faithful in Israel are obeying a direct commandment from Yahweh (”inhabit the land”). Those, on the other hand, who are fighting against Yahweh (whether intentionally or not) are trying to remove the Jewish people from the land given to them by Yahweh. When looked at from a spiritual viewpoint, it’s easy to see the reason for wanting Jews out of the land of Israel. The existence of the Jewish people in the land of Israel, after 2,000 years of dispersion, proves beyond a doubt that the God of Israel does exist, that man will one day have to give an account of his deeds before Him, and that man’s autonomous reign on this earth is soon coming to an end.
We could look at the historical aspect of the situation and try to decide if Israel actually does has a right to live in the land or if it really does belong to the ‘Palestinians’. However, that’s exactly what is happening now and the facts are easily distorted when mingled with bold lies. Many people ask, “Whose history do we believe, the Israelis or the ‘Palestinians’?” Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels’ statement, “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it people will eventually come to believe it”, has certainly come to life in the current situation. The question then becomes whose statements do we believe? There can only be one truth for those who worship the God of Israel: the words of Yahweh Himself. But what exactly did Yahweh say regarding Israel? Does it still hold true today, even after Israel’s dispersion from the land 2,000 years ago? Does Yahweh want to divide the land of Israel and give a portion of it to the ‘Palestinians’ — or anybody else — besides the Jewish people? The answers, fortunately, are found in the Scriptures — Yahweh’s written truth.
Yahweh’s Eternal Covenant with Israel
Approximately 4,000 years ago Yahweh made a covenant with Abraham to give him and his descendants the land of Canaan, located “from the river of Egypt as far as the great river, the river Euphrates” (Genesis 15:18). He restated this covenant to Isaac (Genesis 26.2-5) and then to Jacob (Genesis 28.13; 35.12). Yahweh eventually made this same covenant with the entire house of Israel, as a nation: “For My messenger will go before you and bring you in to the land of the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Canaanites, the Hivites and the Jebusites; and I will completely destroy them…. And I will fix your boundary from the Red Sea to the sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness to the River Euphrates; for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you will drive them out before you.” (Exodus 23.23,31).
Yahweh also declared that Israel would be His “own possession among all the peoples”. This requires Israel to “obey My [Yahweh's] voice and keep My [Yahweh's] covenant” (Exodus 19:5). Because of this, many people mistakenly believe that, because Israel disobeyed Yahweh, He removed them from the land permanently. They say that Israel no longer has a valid claim to the land, according to Yahweh’s word. Some even go so far as to say that Yahweh has cast off His people permanently. However, Scripture does not bear this out. In fact, it states just the opposite.
Yahweh specifically told Israel what would happen if they obeyed Him, and the resulting punishment if they failed to obey Him (i.e., “the blessings and the curses”). The details are given in Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28. The ultimate penalty for continuing to disobey Yahweh was removal from the land of promise (Leviticus 26.33). Yet, there was always the promise of restoration: “Yet in spite of this, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them, nor will I so abhor them as to destroy them, breaking My covenant with them; for I am Yahweh their God” (Leviticus 26:44; see also Jeremiah 31.35-37; Lamentations 4.22; Micah 7.18-20). Yahweh declared that He would never utterly abandon the Jewish people: “‘Yet even in those days’, declares Yahweh, ‘I will not make you a complete destruction’” (Jeremiah 5:18; see also Amos 9.8). Yahweh, instead, promised that a remnant of Israel would return to the land that He promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Isaiah 11.11-14; 43.5-6; Zephaniah 3.14-20). Notice that Yahweh is speaking of Israel — the Jewish people — returning to the land, not some other vessel.
Dividing the Land of Israel
Let’s return to one of our original questions: “Does Yahweh want to divide the land of Israel and give a portion of it to the ‘Palestinians’ — or anybody else — besides the Jewish people?” In addition to the Scriptures listed above, there are many more detailing Yahweh’s promise of the restoration of the Jewish people to the land of Israel. Is it possible then that Yahweh would want to share His land with other nations? Yahweh is very concerned about His land. He is also concerned for His holy city Jerusalem. Yahweh spoke of the judgment against the nations for dividing His land: “I will gather all the nations, and bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat. Then I will enter into judgment with them there on behalf of My people and My inheritance, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; and they have divided up My land” (Joel 3:2).
Many individuals and organizations approve of the idea of the creation of a ‘Palestinian’ state as long as it’s not headed by a terrorist organization. They claim that the ‘Palestinian people’ need a place to live also. While we could argue the actual existence of a ‘Palestinian people’, we need to look back at the Scriptures for the correct Biblical position. Yahweh commanded Israel 3,500 years ago to remove the pagan nations from the land of Israel and dwell in it. He has never changed nor lifted that command. Many in Israel are asking that the ‘Palestinians’ leave peacefully. There are plenty of places for them to go. Whatever they do, it’s not Israel’s responsibility to provide a place for them to live. Yahweh commanded Israel to remove the enemy from their midst. Those who wish to live in peace in the midst of Israel are free to do so. Yahweh always made a provision for the sojourner.
The issue then of whether to divide Israel becomes clear. The land bordered by the Nile and Euphrates Rivers and the Mediterranean Sea and the wilderness of Jordan belongs to Yahweh, who, in turn, gave it to the Jewish people for an eternal possession. It cannot be shared nor given away. Yahweh gave Israel a clear command regarding making covenants with their enemies: “and when Yahweh your God shall deliver them before you, and you shall defeat them, then you shall utterly destroy them. You shall make no covenant with them and show no favor to them” (Deuteronomy 7:2).
The basic answer to Israel’s problem with the ‘Palestinians’ — and the nations of the world — is to trust Yahweh not man. It is Yahweh alone that Israel must fear, not man: “In God I have put my trust, I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me?” (Psalm 56:11).
“For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not keep quiet, until her righteousness goes forth like brightness, and her salvation like a torch that is burning…. On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; all day and all night they will never keep silent. You who remind the Lord, take no rest for yourselves; and give Him no rest until He establishes and makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.” (Isaiah 62:1,6-7).

Here’s an article that might give Petronius an insight into why Zionism appealed to persecuted Jews (Communism also appealed - and would definitely have triumphed over Zionism - but unfortunately socialists hated them as much as the Nazis)…

Israel is the real ‘axis of evil’, supported by the USA. Sadly, as usual, the UK government has done little to help - and with warmonger Tony Blair given the job of supposedly trying to help solve the problems of the middle east - that really had to be the biggest joke of all. Of course it’s terrible for some Israelis to live in fear that they may be struck by a misguided rocket, but killing hundreds of Palestinians is hardly the way forward - I fear that one day we will all pay for the war crimes committed in our name over the last few years.

I’m in moderation. Did I post something wrong the last time?
No, no - just moderating all comments for a while - a glitch needs fixing…

Israel should kick the media out - every other state with problems does (including that haven of human rights Iran). Conflicts are bad enough without having to deal with the freaks this one attracts (disinherited Commies, nutter American right-wing Christians…).
Israel will not back down until the people of Israel feel safe - so every hysteric who thinks they’re helping by screeching about how evil they are - is doing nothing but pouring petrol on a fire.
Join Amnesty International, read a couple of conflict resolution studies, count to 10 - and then comment on the situation…

….does only Jewish self righteousness digust you , Disgusted?

This is just another example of the throne the Jews reside on. They are killing innocent people with extreme force. This is disgusting, especially when you look at Palestine and their inability to fight back. They are not of god. They are evil. This is not of god, let the whole place burn down. This is genocide, similar tactics being used by americans in helpless Iraq. Of course the numbers of innocent women and children will never be known. But I know personally guys who have come back from there with, and the stories are sickening. These guys, regular guys killing children and women and old people by the dozens and that’s just the few guys, 3 to be exact that I know personally. Hmm same tactics being used against innocents in Palestine right now under the guise of so called self defence. The propaganda is sickening to say the least. Jewish self righteousness disgusts me.

It may be easy to say to Israel, “pick on someone your own size.” After all, you have homemade pipe bombs versus F14’s. But then again, they’re protecting their homeland, or are they?
Israel now sits on what use to be Palestine, or philistine, occupied by palestinian arabs. These arabs were kicked out of their homes and expelled, so that Jews would move in and form their homeland, Israel.
Those expelled Palestinians are now concentrated in camps!!!! all over the middle east, especially in Jordan and Syria. You may think this is untrue; but if you listen to the news reports about the long term peace process, you’ll occasionally hear about the “right of return.” This is what they are referring to!
So if you think that the Jews had the right to expell innocent Palestinians to make a Jewish state, so be it! IT SHOULDN’T MATTER THAT THEY’RE PUTTING INNOCENT PALESTINIANS IN MISERY AND CONCENTRATION CAMPS!

Israel has a constitution and I have read it.
My question: Is there a Hamas constitution ? Where can I find a copy?

Well said Petronius.
So much disinformation out there is there not?

When did Ahmedinejad ever deny the Holocaust? That’s rhetorical; he never did, Anorak, you’re really reaching there…
Do You mean when he did the Conference about the Holocaust industry and how that is used against the Palestinians? A valid point to make, and one accepted by senior UK Hassidic Rabbis who also attended the conference.
You seem to have a double standard, where the deaths of 5 Grasses is put above the deaths of hundreds of people who have been denied basic humanitarian needs for months, you ignore the fact that the boat dignity was also captained by an Englishman; do you have any tenuous anti-semitic quotes to attribute to him from what one of his mates said at a party once?
Because that’s how it looks when you call McKinney anti-semitic and the only “proof” you put up is her old man saying something. Tenuous and a bit shrill, IMHO.
Finally, once again Israel does not respect international waters, has “bravely” (as ever) attacked a civilian boat with unarmed citizens, and you fail to report that there is allegedly film of this crime and of the brave I”D”F ships firing at the ship with machine guns.
My Great grandfather was called Singfield, because the stupid immigration officer could not handle the name Seinfeld, still this fact does not blind me to a State which is criminal, illegal (67 UN Resolutions and counting, plus the 1948 Mandate is for 51% not 73% and counting, remember?), and uses the same tactics that were used against the original shipload of refugees that made up the first citizens of Israel.
This is a travesty, and this is what caused 11/9 according to the suicide videos, as well as 7/7, when Bibi Netanyahu just happened to be visiting, he was due to go to Liverpool street but changed his mind at the last minute on Mossad advice as Liverpool street was indeed blown up and 50-odd people were allowed to be killed.
Bibi Netanyahu does not recognise the right of Palestine to exist, this is well known, he only wants “cooperation”, unlike Kadima. So why is that ok but all this focus on Ahmedinejad from you?
A bit of another double standard, perhaps?
Do people die wherever Ahmedinejad goes, like with Bibi?
