Kerry Katona Marries Her Marine: More Disingenuous Tabloid News
KERRY Katona is to marry dad-of-three Kevin Green, 32. Well, so says the Star, which learns of the news from an unnamed source. The paper has caught up with Katona, who only recently told us:
“There was a story in the papers saying there’s something going on with me and my old personal trainer Kevin Greene, but we’re just friends!”
The Star says she is “smitten” with her friend Greene (as she is with Dan Whiston). Kerry says she’s never slept with him:
“People are saying that I am but I’m not. I actually wish I was, though. I certainly wouldn’t say no.”
Is this disingenuous PR (surely, valuable insight into Kerry’s amazing life? – ed) on a loop? Here’s what Kerry said of Jeff Brazier in OK! two weeks earlier:
“If Jeff was single, I’d definitely be keen…”
Not that Kerry shags about:
“I don’t do one-night stands. It’s not for me. I don’t enjoy them so it can get a bit lonely.”
And by stands, she may well mean it literally. As we learnt in 2007:
“Ogden’s first sexual encounter with Kerry had happened four months earlier, shortly after her engagement to Croft—behind a Tesco in Warrington last Valentine’s Day.”
Kerry then seems to weigh up the pros and cons of dogging and marriage:
“I much prefer the fairytale story with a long happy marriage, growing old together with your kids than having sex with strangers.”
Life is all about choices.
Note: Yep, this is the same Kerry Katona who in on page 29 of OK! – where the cover story is: “MY NEW MAN WILL MAKE A GREAT DAD” – tells us:
“It annoys me that because I’m single everyone guesses who my next boyfriend will be…”
