Conservative Councillor Banned From Wearing Clothes That Might Expose His Genitals
At Waltham Forest Magistrates Court, Mr Goody, says:
“I put swimming trunks on, simply because it seemed the sensible thing to do. I was aware that they did have the tendency to slip. I decided that if they did slip down, I would hitch them up.”
He says that the child’s claim that he exposed his penis and started gyrating is “ludicrous.”
Magistrates clear Mr Goody of any wrong doing. He is innocent. However, they say his decision to wear loose fitting swimmers was “reckless.” He is duly handed a restraining order “preventing him from being naked in his house and garden while anyone, including neighbours, might see“.
He should also wear clothes that “pose no risk of exposure of his genitals.”
Case concludes, yet honour…
