Spain’s EU Presidency Adopts Mr Bean

IT’S not only Gordon Brown who’s Mr Bean but so too Spain’s EU President. As Barcepundit says, the Spanish EU presidency website was ‘hacked’. Why? Well:
According to the official contract, the cost of the website development and maintenance was €12 million (over $17m).
