Marvel Are Turning Comics Upside Down With Gender And Race Swaps
THERE’S no two-ways about it – comics have been a bit white, male and hetero. Of course, that isn’t entirely the case, but chances are, your favourite superhero is a straight white guy.
However, everything is turning on its head. Iron Man is getting a new silver suit for a kick off. Okay, that’s not interesting. How about this – Thor is now a woman. It isn’t Thorette or Thorita. Thor is now a woman. About time there was another female leading role in comicsville.
And now, Captain America is red, white and blue… and black.
Marvel announced that Captain America’s mantle will be taken over by his long-time pal, the Falcon, the soaring superdude from Harlem (who is normally called Sam Wilson).

PHEW! Jesus The Jew Would Approve of Gay Marriage, Says Elton John
MOST people who don’t like gays are religious, or at least, religious sympathetic. They think homosexuality goes against nature or some kind of cosmic order.
Some are violent or abusive toward gay people, because presumably, they feel the need to serve up justice because they don’t believe their god is up to the job, cometh the hour. The inherent weakness of deities must be a constant concern for the praying sorts.
Or, maybe it is something to do with deities being into homosexuality?
Elton John reckons that Jesus Christ would approve of gay marriage. In an interview with Sky News, Sir Elton added that he’s meeting up with Russian President Vladimir Putin in a bid to try and improve Russia’s gay rights record.

Jessie J Moves Beyond Her Bisexual Phase Into The Husband Zone
WHEN Jessie J burst onto the pop scene, it briefly felt like we were going to have our own Lady GaGa, making jagged, wonky pop that was wise to the pirate radio station playlists.
However, she quickly turned into Natasha Bedingfield by retaining a lot of fans, but leaving many to shrug with a meh.
Amongst all this, there has been talk of her sexuality. She said she’d dated men and women, so the press said “HEY! YOU’RE BI!” and no-one really had the inclination to correct or refute that. There’s nothing wrong with being bisexual, right?

Tom Daley Is Gay, Not Bisexual, Okay?
IMAGINE this: everyone in the world announces that they’re bisexual. Seems trite, but if everyone was bi, then it would stop the need for people to ‘come out’ and indeed, newspapers wouldn’t need to write stories about people ‘switching sides’ or indeed, as we’re seeing with Tom Daley, clarifying exactly which set of genitals he’s most interested in.
The 19-year-old told the world that he was bi on YouTube in December, saying: “Of course I still fancy girls, but right now, I’m dating a guy and I couldn’t be happier.”

1 In 5 BBC Listeners Would Refuse To Attend A Gay Marriage
A FIFTH of BBC Radio 5 Live listeners, when asked, said that they wouldn’t attend a gay marriage (thanks to legislation, now known as ‘a marriage’) and that men were twice as likely to not to attend a same-sex wedding as women.
The first Marriages That Happen To Have People Who Are The Same Gender will take place across England and Wales on Saturday, with some tying the knot on the stroke of midnight, after the government’s legislation received the Royal Assent.

Dayna Morales: Waitress Denied Tip For Being Gay – Internet Goes Crazy And Lovely
UPDATE: A husband and wife tell NBC 4 New York they did leave a tip. They say they have a credit card statement as proof. The tip was a generous $18. The wife says: “We’ve never not left a tip when someone gave good service, and we would never leave a note like that.”
Morales adds: “I don’t know, all I know is what I’ve been saying.”
Morales had recently announced that people were sending her tips from all over the world, and was donating some of the money to the Wounded Warrior Project. “I just felt like people have a right to know that — it’s fine if people want to donate to her or to the Wounded Warriors, but they’re doing it under a false pretense,” the wife said.

WE all know that idiots get weird around gay people. Presumably their brains get tied in knots because they constantly and vividly imagine all that sex they do. They get a clear image in their minds about glistening gay naked bodies all writhing around. That’s because, absolutely 100% across the board, bigots are all a bit pervy.
And so to a waitress in New Jersey who had her £10 tip withheld and was left a crappy note by a bigoted customer, allegedly. She says she was denied her tip because she is a gay woman. She told the internet and now, she’s been inundated with more than £1,000 in donations from around the world.

WHILE Justin Bieber goes into brattish meltdown mode, saying to everyone that it isn’t fair that people are nasty to him (despite the fact that, while trying to take the moral highground after nearly punching a photographer AND slagging Lindsay Lohan off in an Instagram post), his pop pal Carly Rae Jepsen is faring much better.
After hitting the airwaves with the insanely great ‘Call Me Maybe’, she went on tour with Bieber and became a fully fledged popstar.

Target refuse to stock Frank Ocean’s album… nothing to do homosexuality, obviously
EVEN though Frank Ocean’s ‘coming out’ was a huge relief for some (for others, not so much because he’s far from the first non-straight person to be involved in the world of rap), there are problems that come with it. These problems surround the kind of berk who has a massive issue with other people’s sex lives.
And so, to US megachain, Target, who have decided that they don’t want to stock Ocean’s new album – Channel Orange – despite the fact it is, quite possibly, the best soul record since D’Angelo and Erykah Badu started cutting wax. Yes, really. He’s that good.

DISNEY stars are always expected to be wholesome and Christian. If you get up to mischief, then you’re a ‘disgraced Disney’ alumni. Charlize Theron Thinks That Marriage Is For Idiots
MARRIAGE? That’s for idiots. Why on Earth would anyone want to get something as precious and fragile as love and get the government and church involved? You’re just asking for trouble. And Charlize Theron agrees.
The actress thinks that long-term commitment, not marriage, is the priority for her in a relationship. She can afford stupid rings and is the centre of attention wherever she goes, so sod dressing up like a meringue and throwing a party that is, essentially, the same as a funeral, but the star of the show actually gets to enjoy the post-gig drink.
Theron says:
“I really want for myself a long-term relationship, and I have been in long-term relationships. That’s the kind of union that I want. The actual ceremony is not something that is important to me, but I see the importance for other people.”
“I treat my relationships like marriages, I really do. [Marriage was] “never something that was important.”
