Colonel Muammar Gaddafi’s Life In Photos: Women, Enemies And Fashion

TWO things about Colonel Muammar Gaddafi stand out. Ok, three things. 1. He’s a murderous gangster who threatens to murder anyone who opposes his rule. 2. He travels with a female praetorian guard – like a stage musical tough. Gaddafi is an approximation of a sun-stroke maddened Pope impersonating The Fonz. 3. He dresses well. He dresses very well. When he goes – and good riddance when he does – Libyans should save his chattels, mad jottings (his Little Green Book is nuts)  and wardrobe for posterity lest people not believe what once went before. Enjoy the gallery…

And for the film, get me Scarlett Johansson for the botoxnursed leader and tell Mickey Rourke he ready for his close up.

Gaddafi’s Killer Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al Megrahi Heads Back To Safety Of Scottish Jail

LIBYA and The Gaddafi Duck: The Daily Probe had it right back in 2004 as the world shook hands with the Libyan des/chocolate tea/pot and made profitable arms and oil deals.

North Africa’s vicious (and maddest) old gal Imelda Gaddifi gets ready for a quick hat-buying trip to London and a holiday with old pal Tony Blair.
Anyone heard anything from the Middle East Envoy lately?

It;s rumoured Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al Megrahi would like his old rooms back at the very comfortable suite built for him inside Greenock Jail, Scotland now Libya’s former justice minister has blown the myth of innocence out of the firmament and told a Swedish newspaper Colonel Gaddafi personally ordered the Lockerbie bombing.

Mustafa Abdel-Jalil told Expressen he had proof the Libyan leader was behind the bombing of Pan AM flight 103, which killed 270 people in 1988…and instructed Megrahi to organise it. He has yet to produce that proof.

Britain’s worst ever convicted mass murderer may now only have one safe house…back in Scotland. There is as yet no word on how Scottish legal services (duty-bound to keep an eye on the released bomber) are going to manage the necessary home visit to Tripoli.

Ashes to ashes? – AW

The Biggest Photoshop Lies Ever: From Madonna To Iran And Prince William

PHOTOSHOP: Just what are the biggest lies in media? The photos, of course. Make-up and good lighting are no longer enough. Madonna looks impossibly good for her age, or any age.  Egypt’s former President Mubarak was once ahead of Obama, literally. BP has some interesting image of its oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. Danica Patrick lost a tattoo. Lublin University gained a black man. Iran got missiles. And you got duped…

The United Nations Hits Israel And Ignores Libya – Member Of Its Human Rights Council

DID you know that Libyan Arab Jamahiriya is a member of the UN’s Human Rights Council? At the council’s last meeting in January 11, 2010, guess which single country was debated?

Human rights violations and implications of the Israeli occupation of Palestine and other occupied Arab territories …

Item 7:

Human rights violations and implications of the Israeli occupation of Palestine and other occupied Arab territories

It might be an idea for the UN to ask Israel if it can export democracy, women’s rights and gay rights to a region it thinks is such a supporter of human rights…

Anne Bayefsky further investigates how the United Nations pays no interest in the crimes of Middle Eastern despots:

Number of UN Security Council presidential statements or resolutions on the current atrocities perpetrated by Arab and Muslim dictators in Iran, Libya, Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia,Yemen, Syria, and Bahrain.

ZERO

Number of meetings called by the Security Council to discuss and consider a possible resolution or presidential statement on any of these countries.

ZERO…

Number of special sessions called by the Human Rights Council to draw attention to, discuss, consider a possible resolution or decision on the current atrocities perpetrated by Arab and Muslim dictators in Iran, Libya, Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia,Yemen, Syria, and Bahrain.

ZERO

Number of resolutions or decisions adopted by the Human Rights Council about the lack of democracy and brutality of the governments of Arab and Muslim dictators in Iran, Libya, Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia,Yemen, Syria, and Bahrain.

ZERO….

Number of Special Sessions on country situations called by the Human Rights Council on Israel

50% (6 of 12)

Number of Resolutions and Decisions adopted by the Human Rights Council critical of the human rights record of specific states directed at Israel

50% (41 of 83)

Anyone else think the United Nations has an agenda?

Jacqui Smith’s Porn Show Flashes Her Ignorance And Lays Bare Her Vanity

JACQUI Smith, who lost her job as Home Secretary and parliamentary seat  for massaging her expenses and having a husband who bought TV porn with taxpayer’s money, is to present Porn Again, a BBC radio documentary exploring the porn industry.

Of course, the professional porn industry is in peril, it’s glossy output being challenged by user-generated free porn.

But Smith will investigate. Although you know what her conclusion will be when she says that her husband has not watched porn since being caught. The message is that watching porn is worse than being caught watching porn someone else paid for.

“In making this programme, I’ve been able to challenge my own views and attitudes and I want others to have the chance to join the debate too.”

Anonymous V Westboro Baptist Church: An Intolerant Smack Down

ANONYMOUS are at odds with the folks at Westboro Baptist Church. The hacking collective says it will shut down the church’s website unless it stops its public protests. The Church is laughable. But is the story real? Both sides are not averse to a spot of PR. Is “Intolerance Must Not Be Tolerated” a fitting message for Anonymous which champions transparency and freedom of information?

A verbose message on the Anonymous site says:

Your demonstrations and your unrelenting cascade of disparaging slurs, unfounded judgments, and prejudicial innuendos, which apparently apply to every individual numbered amongst the race of Man – except for yourselves – has frequently crossed the line which separates Freedom of Speech from deliberately utilizing the same tactics and methods of intimidation and mental & emotional abuse that have been previously exploited and employed by tyrants and dictators, fascists and terrorist organizations throughout history.

ANONYMOUS cannot abide this behavior any longer. The time for us to be idle spectators in your inhumane treatment of fellow Man has reached its apex, and we shall now be moved to action. Thus, we give you a warning: Cease & desist your protest campaign in the year 2011, return to your homes in Kansas, & close your public Web sites.

Should you ignore this warning, you will meet with the vicious retaliatory arm of ANONYMOUS: We will target your public Websites, and the propaganda & detestable doctrine that you promote will be eradicated; the damage incurred will be irreversible, and neither your institution nor your congregation will ever be able to fully recover. It is in your best interest to comply now, while the option to do so is still being offered, because we will not relent until you cease the conduction & promotion of all your bigoted operations & doctrines.

The warning has been given. What happens from here shall be determined by you.

British Government Helps Gaddafi Murder His People: Blood On The Sand

LIBYA: This is today’s AFP/Getty picture in yet another brilliant Guardian piece on the Libya uprisings.

This is Saif al-Islam Gaddafi (The Sword of Islam) on Libya’s state television station. He says civil war is close unless order is restored. He’s wrong of course. When 250 people are murdered by State troops it has gone beyond a civil disturbance.

Muammar Gaddafi’s son was on the box to defend his father’s 41-year rule of Libya as protests spread to the capital Tripoli following the bloody and terrifying murders of protesters in Benghazi. The death toll is thought to be over 250.

Hillary Clinton Says Something Very Stupid About Drugs

HILLARY Clinton says something truly stupid about drugs: there’s too much money in drugs for them to be made legal. Yeah – she never heard of prohibition.

Recently, during an interview with Mexico’s Televisa, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton declared that the United States can’t legalize drugs “because there is just too much money in it.”

Apparently, Clinton doesn’t understand that there’s so much money to be made selling illegal drugs precisely because drugs are illegal. Reason.tv uses Clinton’s love of pant suits and Chardonnay to explain the economics of prohibition to the former presidential candidate.

SHRIEN Dewani: On November 13, 2010 Anni Dewani was killed on the couple’s honeymoon in South Africa. Anni’s body was found in the back of Zola Tongo’s taxi on the morning of Sunday 14 November. She had been killed by a single bullet. Tongo alleges Mr Dewani set the thing up.

Menzi Simelane, the director of South Africa’s National Prosecuting Authority says Mr Dewani is “someone who murdered their wife while he should be celebrating their honeymoon”.

How’s that for keeping an open mind?

South Africa’s police chief, Bheki Cele has called Mr Dewani a murdering “monkey“:

“A monkey came all the way from London to have his wife murdered here. Shrien thought we South Africans were stupid when he came all the way to kill his wife in our country. He lied to himself.”

St Jamie Oliver’s Dream School Will Pity And Save The Poor

JAMIE Oliver’s mission to cure the fast-food classes of cheap protein (the miracle of the last 100 years) moves from their tum-tums to their heads. It is Oliver’s chosen lot to walk among the great unwashed – Northerners, Americans, the poor and the products of what the tabloids call “broken” society.

His new TV series is called Jamie’s Dream School. Jamie says he was “rubbish” at school. But he had parents who ran a thriving gastro-pub and inn in a lovely part of Essex. He had a passion for food and something to fall back on should a career away from the family not work out.

Man Skins Golden Retriever On Shanghai Street: Video

THE Shanghai butcher is skinning a Golden Retriever in the street. The dog is hung on a pole. It’s fur is peeled off. Is the dog alive or dead?

ChinaSmack reports that Ms Zhang, who filmed the thing, said the scene made “her entire body tremble and prevented her from sleeping well“.

But, nonetheless, she managed to film it. Is it a fake? One the web, voices wrtie in to say that skinnign teh dog is  “no different to poultry and livestock being slaughtered for food”.

True enough. And is that the point of this video – to show the hypocrisy of our attitudes to eating meat?

The only wonder is that Peta never thought of this first…

Glenn Beck Promotes Joe Richardson’s End Of Times Rubbish

JOEL Richardson has finally made it onto Glenn Beck’s show. For those British readers who’ve not been blessed by watching Beck in action, there’s  a good introduction here.

Richard Bartholomew takes a look at the story. As WorldNetDaily reports:

Fox News talk show host Glenn Beck today said Americans should be alarmed over the revelations of a WND Books product, The Islamic Antichrist, in which author Joel Richardson documents the similarities between the “bad guy” of the Bible, the Antichrist, and the “good guy” of the Quran, the Mahdi.

Richardson’s book discusses his analysis of the Bible’s account of the end times and that of the Quran, including his conclusions about the “Antichrist,” who is described by the Bible as the ultimate enemy of God and His people, the Jews and Christians. The Mahdi, meanwhile, in Islam is forecast to be someone who comes to establish a worldwide Islamic caliphate.

The book has a cover blurb from Robert Spencer, and WND has puffed it on numerous occasions. Further:

Media Matters for America launched an immediate response, called, “Who is Joel Richardson, Beck’s End Times Prophet?”

Facebook Sex Paedos: Jake Ormerod, The Daily Mail And Desktop Perverts

FACEBOOK. SEX. Gangs. Children. The Daily Mail’s front-page headline is heavy of buzzwords:

“HOW MANY MORE CHILD VICTIMS OF FACEBOOK SEX GANG?”

The news is base don goings on in Devon. A letter has been sent to students at schools in Torquay, Paignton and Teignbridge. Local man Jake Ormerod, 19, (Sky says he’s 20) has been charged with engaging or inciting a girl to in sexual activity and of sexual touching. Devon and Cornwall Police are investigating offences against as many as “vulnerable children“.

Says the Mail:

Parents of 16,000 pupils have been sent stark letters warning that internet predators may be trying to groom their children for sex.

Paedos on the web is getting to be like cancer and cigarettes. You know cigarettes are bad for your health, and thanks to the media you know paedophiles use the internet to make contact with children.

Police believe at least 20 pupils – and fear as many as 50 – have been ensnared on Facebook and other social networking sites over the past three years.

But the Mail makes Facebook the enabler. Were the children ensnared on Facebook? Can you be trapped on a website that can be unplugged?

The victims are thought to have been plied with drink and drugs before being abused or raped. Some were as young as 12.

On Facebook? Is there a “ply” button on Facebook?

In a bombshell letter, signed by headteachers, parents were told there was no need for alarm. But it added: ‘The safety of your child is never more important than at this crucial time.’

No need for alarm. Unless you read the Mail. Or heed the words of Torbay councillor Jenny Faulkner, billed as – get this – “children’s champion”:

“Children need to be careful and vigilant. If they are going home, they should go straight there. Don’t go about alone – go in groups of twos or threes or fours.’ And she urged worried parents: ‘Just watch your children.”

How’s that for championing the kids – sending them straight home in fear? Worried mums and dads may care to read Sky’s report:

Parents have also been reassured that the investigation did not involve individuals grabbing children from the street – they believe that the people responsible know the youngsters involved.

Detective Inspector Simon Snell says:

“There appears to have been all manner of grooming taking place, which may have occurred on the internet,’” he added. “We are keeping an open mind with regards to Facebook, Bebo and other internet sites. We have interviewed around 20 children so far with regard to offences connected with child exploitation. We may deploy officers to interview further children.”

So. How did the Mail arrive at “50” children being victims? Is 20 not enough? And then there is this gem:

Detectives have dismissed links with other inquiries of a similar nature such as that of Asian sex gangs in the Midlands and North.

So, why mention it..?

Madeleine McCann: Marcelino Italiano Knows Maddie Is In America

MADELEINE McCann: She’s back on the front pages.

The Sun leads with:

“Maddie is in US – I know who took her.”

Finally, a name. And what coincidence that it should arrive not long after the Sun has secured the rights to feature the McCanns’ official Our Maddie book before the big summer get away?

We meet Marcelino Italiano. He’s 36. He says Our Maddie was kidnapped by an “Algarve-based paedophile ring”.

How does he know? Well, the Sun says he’s an “amateur sleuth”. And he says:

“They can get away with anything.”

Who are they? If they are so dangerous, now is the time to name them. Tell us:

“I know these people were involved and I have been told that Madeleine may now be in America.”

May..?

“I can’t say how, but I have known these people and believe they can get away with anything.”
