Dambusters Dog Nigger Renamed Digger: Stephen Fry Casts ‘Paki’ The Terrier In Lead Role

NIGGER, Guy Gibson’s black Labrador, has been renamed Digger for the new film version of the DamBusters raid of WW2.

Digger is, of course, a derogatory name for Australians who pick their noses and bums.

There has been much uproar, not helped by the intolerant Twitter King Stephen Fry saying there is “no question in America that you could ever have a dog called the N-word“.

Rihanna ‘Gropes’ Underage Fan And Parent Goes Mental: Photos

RIHANNA was once a really enjoyable pop-star. Now, she’s a controversy-machine, continually setting out to shock people without letting up, leaving everyone a little tired of the whole thing thanks to overkill.

And now, she’s outraged a mother by apparently ‘groping’ one of her fans who is underage. Of course, ‘underage’ implies that Rihanna groped the fan up her front-garden or something, which clearly isn’t the case or the headline would read ‘Rihanna Rapes Child’. Which she didn’t.

The photos, posted online at MediaTakeOut.com have been complained about by the girl in question’s family, which is invariably the source of great embarrassment to a teenage girl, now set for a life of bullying from her peers, thanks to her Auntie shooting her mouth off like a weird homophobe.

Looking For Amina Abdullah Arf: The Gay Girl In Damascus Mystery – Is She A Fake?

AMINA Abdulla Arf is missing. She is a Syrian-American lesbian blogger. You might have seen Amina Abdallah Araf being kidnapped in Damascus. A woman called Rania Ismail told the Associated Press about her cousin’s disappearance at the hands of three men in suits.

Ms. Araf is known on the web as A Gay Girl in Damascus. On Facebook she is a face of repression (see photo below).

Only, it’s not her face. The face you might have seen on the web – and can see here – is that of Coratian-born Londoner Jelena Lecic. Her Facebook page says she works at the Royal College of Physicians of London. Well, freedom fighters all look alike, don’t they?

Barack Obama Is The Natural Athlete Who Never Played Golf With Osama bin Laden

BARACK Obama’s golf swing is so good that Politico dedicates three pages of text to it. You might find it hard to read past the first line, but we work on your behalf and can relay this wonderful passage:

“Obama is a natural athlete with a smooth left-handed swing off the tee, according to his partners, including Nicholson and Eugene Kang, another White House aide. Photographs, taken through low-hanging boughs with telephoto lenses, show the president has a firm wrist on his putting stroke.”

Paris Hilton Pulls Back Her Curtains: Photos And Mum’s Doggy Socks

“I COOK – I’m a good cook.” That, says Hello!, is just one of the “surprise confessions” that Paris Hilton wants to unburden herself from.

The magazine is meeting with Paris’s mum and dad, Kathy and Rick Hilton, as they shop for things in London.

But where is Paris Hilton? It’s a question few can answer. What is Paris Hilton? Again, it’s hard to define. Who is Paris Hilton? We could go on. But Kathy is keen to take hold of the debate:

It’s more a question of “why not?” than “why?”

So. Kathy will star in Paris’s new TV product, a TV show called The World According To Paris.

When “they” came to Paris with the idea for this show – and how do they think up those titles let alone the content? – Paris mused:

“I think I am ready to do a show where I take the curtain back.”

Assad Hires Poor Farmers For Israelis To Shoot On Syrian Border: Truth Hides

BASHAR Assad allows no foreign media inside Syria. He’s not all that keen on domestic media – Syrian blogger, Amina Abdallah Araf al Omari, aka Gay Girl In Damascus, has been disappeared. But Assad is banking on those banned journalists being there to film action on the Syria-Israeli border.

A Lebanese man has told The Guardian about those protests on Israeli Indpedence Day.

One demonstrator who was wounded that day told the Guardian the Lebanese militia Hezbollah had given him $50 to turn up at the border and $900 to have his gunshot wounds treated by physicians. He said he had been planning to return to Maroun al-Ras yesterday until the rally was cancelled.

Someone willing to risk their life breaking through a broder between enemies might be willing to be shot to multiply his fee.

It all depends not on the facts, rather on which side you want to believe. One man’s indepdnce is another’s defeat:

On 15 May, tens of thousands of pro-Palestinian demonstrators marched on the borders with Israel, in the Palestinian territories, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon. They were marking the 63rd anniversary of Nakba, which in Arabic means “catastrophe”.

Healthy journalistic scepticism is replaced by biased filler. Take this in the New York Times:

By nightfall, the Syrian news agency SANA reported that 22 protesters had been killed and more than 350 had been wounded. Israeli officials said that they had no information on casualties but suggested that the Syrian figures were exaggerated.

Facts. you can weight them up. But then the paper delivers this:

Even so, it was the worst bloodshed in the Golan Heights since Israel and Syria fought a war there in 1973.

Well, if brutal Syria is to be believed, yes. But wihout evidence, is it a fact?

Karl Vick, of Time Magazine, took a view:

Television images on Sunday from the Golan Heights village of Majdal Shams showed apparently unarmed Palestinian civilians marching peacefully down a hill toward Israeli soldiers who had assumed firing positions. Then came a crackle of gunshots; bloodied bodies were then carried back up the hill. It went on for hours, with 20 people reported dead according to Syrian state television. The human cost was high but for a Palestinian movement trying to reframe itself, the footage at least set it on a course along on the lines of Birmingham, Soweto and Gandhi’s Salt March — parallels it has been making explicitly.

Gandhi carried a Molotov cocktail? And notie how the Israelis give no warning. But they say they did.

YNet News opined:

Responding to Sunday’s violence, IDF sources said the protesters who ignited minefields on ‘Naksa Day’ did not bring fire extinguishers with them and thus posed a danger to themselves and others by behaving irresponsibly. Others threw firebombs near Quneitra crossing to the same effect, they said.

The sources are also assuming that many protesters were hurt or killed as a result of the Red Cross’s inability to reach them, due to protesters’ refusal to cease violence in order to allow for medical evacuations.

IDF officials say commanders ordered three ceasefires, each of which were taken advantage of by the protesters in order to gain ground.

And what about those Palestinian protesters? This anti-Assadi Syrian group has news:

The Reform Party of Syria has learned today, from intelligence sources close to the Assad regime in Lebanon, that Syrians storming through the Golan Height next to the Quneitra crossing are Syrian farmers who have migrated in recent years from the drought-stricken northeast Syria to the south. Estimates put the number at 250,000 impoverished migrants.

Information received cite the regime has paid hundreds of these farmers $1,000 each to show-up and $10,000 to their families should any of them succumb to Israeli fire. In Syria, an average salary is about $200 a month and to these impoverished farmers, such a one-time sum can keep them economically afloat for six months.

Is this the Palestinian Spring? Is this a sing of the Palestinians standing up to power? Or is this the Palestinians being used by Assad and hi supporters at Hezbollah?

Dominic Waghorn of Sky News reprots:

The buses of protestors only reached the border area because authorities allowed them to. They may well have been organised by the regime or at the very least encouraged….

The tragic events were carried live by Syrian state television in marked contrast to the cover up perpetrated by Syrian government media of the military offensive being waged against its own people inside the country that has killed hundreds.

State ‘journalists’ appeared to have recovered their ability to count bodies stating at least twenty had been killed

While the world watches the pictures from the Golan, it will be distracted from the bigger story, Syria’s slaughter of its own people and the gradual demise of the Assad regime.

Oliver Duggan wrote in the Independent:

It was a calculated abuse of unprecedented world media attention on the region. And it was likely designed to provoke an Israeli response that could mirror the harsh crack-down on revolts by other tyrannical regimes.

The day before the June 6 protests, CBC News wrote:

The Local Coordination Committees, which helps organize and document the protests calling for an end to the Assad regime, estimates more than 1,200 people have died in the military action against anti-government protesters since March.

The BBC looks at the latest fighting:

The protesters defied razor-wire fences and ditches along the Syrian border in Golan to mark the 44th anniversary of the 1967 Middle-East war… Syrian TV said more than 300 protesters had been wounded. An Israeli military spokeswoman told The Jerusalem Post newspaper they were only aware of 12 injuries….

Anyone clear on what the truth is? Or do you just take a position and stick with it..?

Bride Punches Kilt-Wearing Groom Who Left Poo Stain On Her Wedding Dress

THE Daily Sport is back:

A FUMING bride DECKED her kilt-wearing hubby when he sat on her knee at the reception and left a SKIDMARK on her wedding dress!

Like all true Scotsmen, Angus McClure, 26, didn’t wear pants under his kilt when he married sweetheart Sarah Grant in Greenock, Renfrewshire.

But his traditionalism led to uproar when he perched his poorly-wiped backside on 24-year-old Sarah’s pristine frock, leaving an unsightly smear.

After Sarah swiped at Angus, the well-refreshed McClure and Grant clans led the reception into bloody mayhem.

A police source said: “I’ve been a police officer in Greenock for nearly 20 years and so I’ve seen a lot of wedding parties turn nasty but this was something else.”

In total, seven people were arrested in the grounds of wedding venue, Greenock Reformed Temperance Hall, and face public order offences.

It’s believed that Angus and Sarah were reconciled when they sobered up, and have no memory whatsoever of the melee.

Sarah Palin Is Less Stupid Than The Liberal Press Over Paul Revere: Vote Obama for Gaffes

SARAH Palin is no academic heaveyweight. But, then, neither is Barack Obama. Neither was George Bush – both of them. Americans like their leaders to be above average in looks and charisma, have telegenic hair and a nice goofy grin. They like their leaders to be within reach, or, as you might put it, within shooting distance.

You might expect, then, that gaffes would be plentiful. They are. You might also expect that anyone hopeful of being President should come over as being too smart. Which brings us to Sarah Palin. Is she dumber than Obama No. Is she brighter? No. Is she better at winning over the media? No. Is she worse? Yes.

Manchester United’s Ryan Giggs Had ‘Sex’ With Sister-In Law Natasha: Imogen Thomas Might Weep

RYAN Giggs had an eight-year-affair with his brother’s wife, one Natasha Giggs? The News of The World makes the claim on its front page.

If true, this is hard luck on Imogen Thomas, who was the only woman other than Giggs’ wife who had shagged the married family man. Now, we learn that Imogen is, allegedly, no longer unique. And – more cruelly – she wasn’t even the first. That’s important. As any Manchester United fan will attest, no-one remembers who came second.

Katie Price’s Junior Lover Leandro Penna Looks Forward To Being Run Over By A Lorry

KATIE Price and Leandro Penna are talking to OK! about “THEIR PLANS FOR MARRIAGE AND BABIES”.

Says Katie:

“I’ve put on about half a stone but I’m happy.”

Is she pregnant? No. Is she getting married? No. So much for the OK! headlines. What else do we learn of the happy couple?

Says OK!:

“As she and Leo, 25, sit with the soles of their feet pressed together for their first ever joint interview, we chat to them with the help of their translator…”

Who need words when you are…sole mates (ouch!).

OK!: “How do you cope with the language barrier?”
Katie: “It’s intuitive, like it is with me and Harvey…”

Harvey is Katie’s 10-year-old son. The wholesome imagery is only added to when OK! asks:

“We think Leandro looks a bit like Junior.”

That’s Katie’s six-year-old son.

Katie then says Leandro has “impeccable manners” – “Like if we’re at dinner and someone is holding their knife and fork wrong [not to their throat?] he will tell them.”

And what says manners better than that?

Leandro goes on:

“The connection we have is so intense. Like sometimes I’ll be sitting and moving my head from side to side and she will know I’m…”

Listening to Stevie Wonder? Feeling caged?

“…looking for the remote control.”

Dang!

While Leo struggles to find Katie’s buttons, OK! presses on:

OK!: “Can you say something in Spanish?”
Katie: “Like what?”
OK!: “Maybe something like: ‘Could you please pass the toast?’”
Katie: “No, because I don’t like toast normally.”

It’s hard to top that but Leandro tries by telling us that what he loves about Katie Price, her massive Jordans, false teefs, dolly-dyed hair and face filler is that “she’s a natural girl”.

He ends with his views for the future:

“Who knows? I may leave this place and a lorry run me over.”

And we know what he means…

How Simon Cowell ‘Fixed It’ For Ronan Parke To Win Britain’s Got Talent: He ‘Signed’ In 2009

ROANAN Parke is the fey, coy, nice 12-year old singer who was told he’d be a huge star by Britain’s Got Talent judge Louis Walsh. Said Walsh:

Ronan Parke – remember that name. This kid is going to be a star.

Why would a grown man tell that to a child? The show relies on public votes and the judges’ preferences. There can be no guarantees. Can there?

Parke, who seems to have been professionally styled, is in the show’s final. Stardom is within his reach. The Sun says:

SINGING sensation Ronan Parke could make his first million by Christmas – after signing a six-figure deal for the Britain’s Got Talent Tour 2011. Ronan, 12, is also favourite to scoop the £100,000 prize in Saturday’s final after Simon Cowell called him the new Justin Bieber.

He tells the Star:

“I’m only 12 and thanks to Britain’s Got Talent I have been recognised and asked for pictures and autographs. But I don’t have a girlfriend and I’m quite happy singing.”

So. Is it a fix for Ronan Parke to win BGT? Does Parke have any famous connections?

The Parkes are close friends of the Gunn family, and Norwich City legend Bryan Gunn said yesterday the families were planning to get together to watch the show last night. He said: “A lot of the speculation in the press has been saying that the winner could come from one of the younger entries. Of course we all think it will be Ronan. He is always singing around the house at home and when the family go round to friends for lunch Ronan always gives us a medley of his favourite songs.” The former goalkeeper’s daughter Melissa helped Ronan to put together his application for Britain’s Got Talent, and Ronan’s older brother Declan is friends with Mr Gunn’s son Angus.

No great help there.

But what of the rumour that Parke was signed to Cowell’s label in 2009? A source claiming to be a Sony insider says Parke has been groomed for stardom. He is not the simple talented lad off the street. If you believe BMG records fixed it for Katie Waissel to get on the X Factor last year, you might believe this. The open letter goes like this:

For reasons which will become obvious, I can’t reveal my full identity. But let me just say that, I am an executive with Sony Music UK with many years experience in music management [sic]. My work involves close liasion with Simon Cowell’s SYCO company (specifically SYCO Music and SYCO TV) and, as a result, I have seen what goes on from the inside and this has left me increasingly uncomfortable about the integrity of Britain’s Got Talent and particularly the workings of SYCO.

Are you taking the kids? The tickets cost the same price as a week in a holiday camp – where you can watch what you are missing while you are at the wrestling or karate on a big telly. In close up. With a commentator explaining what the hell just happened and why he won and she lost.
