Understanding UK Media Bias Against Palin And McCain
BIAS at the BBC? Of course. Bias in the Guardian. Natually. Only nutters vote for Palin and McCain:
“That is the safe sex message of all time. Use a condom or become a Republican!”
In the light of this pig-ignorant comment coming out of Russell Brand, a so-called comedian at the recent MTV awards, some of you might be wondering if his opinion is shared by others in the UK.
Considering the incredibly biased coverage of the whole election by outlets such as the BBC and the Guardian, it is no wonder I encounter such ignorance about Gov. Palin. What is most appalling is the fact that many media outlets in the UK seem to be perfectly happy to repeat all the Daily Kos-spewed lies about her as if they were fact.
Comment pages online are filled with people repeating the various lies word for word. One finds oneself posting the link to the Palin debunk site.
It is not like they have to look very hard at her to work up a lather in their urban, patronizing minds. All the things that make Sarah Palin attractive to Middle America are the things that disgust the media establishment in the UK. In fact, they could not quite believe the outcry after Obama’s claim that Midwesterners cling to their “guns and God” when times are hard.

Barack Obama Buys Michelle Flowers To Match Her Burka
BARACK Obama makes the grand gesture and stops to buy Michelle Obama some flowers. It’s their anniversary. abc news reports the happening.
In the town of Glenside, PA Obama’s motorcade made an unannounced stop at Penny’s Flowers so the Senator could buy Michelle Obama flowers for their 16th wedding anniversary.
“I wish I could just slip in and get some flowers for my wife,” he said. He wondered for just a moment for about what he should buy: “I’m thinking not red…maybe yellow?” He settled on a bouqet of a dozen white roses surrounded in babies breath. Total price, $47.70.

SARAH Palin will do what is right for Sarah Palin. It has happened. Sarah Palin is now a celebrity – she’s talking about herself in the third person. Says Sarah Palin on Sarah Palin:
“Ok I’ll tell you honestly the Sarah Palin in those interviews is a little bit annoyed because it’s man no matter what you say you are going to get clobbered. If you choose to answer a question you are going to get clobbered on the answer,” Palin said. “If you choose to try and pivot and go on to another subject that you believe that Americans want to hear about you get clobbered for that too.”
Of course, Palin is in conversaiton with Fox News’ Carl Cameron, and that is very much like talking into a mirror that reminds you that you are the most beautiful of them all, and you shall go to the inauguration ball.

Well, at least until the surge. Obama next veers into how his childhood overseas gave him insight into tribalism, before apparently returning to the matter of his speech:

I watched pretty carefully the presentation made by Colin Powell at the United Nations.
As a lawyer, you’re trained to poke holes in somebody’s case … it didn’t look particularly strong to me.
Strange thing, though; Obama’s speech was delivered in October 2002, four months prior to Powell’s UN appearance.

Obama Is A Muslim Sentenced To Death
THE BARACK Obama Death Cult has a Muslim chapter.
I recently came across a more interesting version by Daniel Pipes. His argument is not that Obama is a Muslim but that, from the standpoint of Muslim law, he was a Muslim as a small child, at a point at which he had a Muslim step-father whom he occasionally accompanied to the Mosque. If so then, from the Muslim standpoint, Obama is now an apostate, a Muslim who converted to Christianity.
Under Muslim law, it is permissable to be a Christian (or a Jew or a Sabean–along with Muslims the four “peoples of the book”), but for a Muslim to abandon Islam is a serious, indeed capital, offense. Hence, Pipes argues, Obama might have problems dealing with Muslim leaders.

Oregonlive.com reprots that Barack Obama has been hanged from a tree:
A likeness of Sen. Barack Obama was found hanging in the George Fox University quad early Tuesday along with graffiti aimed at minority recipients of a scholarship program, the university president told The Oregonian this morning.
President Robin Baker said he plans to discuss the incident with the student body later this morning.
“We are a faith community driven by the teachings of Christ,” said Baker, who has presided over the Christian college for about a year. “We have to express love toward each other so it was a great disappointment that anything like this would happen.”
